Stack 'em high easy pancakes!

My first ever home-made pancake stack! I didn't realise how easy it was to make them! Make them with or without the cocoa, that's up to you. If you make them without the cocoa then use a total of 140 grams of flour, instead of 95 grams.

Having a good pan means you don't even need oil!..Don't forget to make them in your smoothie blender too so save all the mess!

You will need:

- 95 g flour

- 35 g cocoa powder

- 1 tbsp sugar

- 2 tbsp baking powder

- 2 tbsp oil

- 135 ml non-diary milk of choice

Recipe:

- Throw everything into the blender and blennnnd! (easy huh?)

- Once a smooth thick consistency, heat your frying pan up (high heat).

- Slowly pour your desired amount of mixture onto the hot pan, turn it down to a medium heat once your pancake circle is made.

- Cook for a minute or so, flip once and stack 'em high.

Enjoy with your favourite topping; fruit, chocolate, syrup, butter etc. Go nuts! (Ooh you can top them with nuts too)

They keep really hot so don't be tempted to eat as you go! Your patience will reward you when you tuck in!

Bon Appetite! Share with your friends below <3
