Delicious, super easy pancakes!
These pancakes are SO simple and can be made with just three ingredients! Totalling just 40p for three giant, thick delicious pancakes they're a new favourite of mine. What's more is that you can make it all in your smoothie blender! Making them mess and hassle-free.
Tips: You can make the simple 3 ingredient ones and they come out totally awesome, but you can also add a couple of extra ingredients to give them that extra special fluffiness and flavour (I had baking powder in the cupboard so why not?).
Essential ingredients:
- 70 g Oats
- 125 ml Soya Milk
- 1/2 Banana
Optional extras:
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Recipe:
- Blitz the oats in your blender until they have a flour-like consistency.
- Add all the other ingredients to the blender and whizz.
- Cook on a medium-high heat, turning once. Pour them out thick or thin its entirely up to you!
Super easy with minimal washing up. Now that's what I'm talking about.
